Pre-tests, Day 1.

It would not honest of me to say that there was no nervousness in partaking in the treatment for myself.  It helps that after working a first few months with the doctor and his team there was a high degree of confidence in the handling and execution of my case.  We’ve documented in video and photo forms the different stages throughout the 2-day treatment.

Day 1, after catheter insertion.

Upon waking up at 6 am, I reached up to get my glasses and noticed that my eyes had focused instantly on wearing the glasses.  On any other normal day I would need about 10 seconds for my sight to come into focus.  I woke up almost instantaneously sitting up as if I had just taken a 10-minute power nap.  Instantly feeling fresh.

After treatment tests, Day 2.

The removal of the bandages in the morning was quite uneventful.  I was told that Full showers were okay now and that the band-aid could be removed the night of Day 4.

Played a full 2-hours and a half of full court basketball.  Energy level and stamina is extremely high.  Absolutely no fatigue at all which normally happens within the last 30-minutes or so.  No cramps or feeling of stressed muscles at all.  My only pain is the sore feet after showering probably from the lack of good shoes and all the running.
